Can I place an order now?
Not yet. Checkout remains closed until products, stock, payment, delivery and customer care have been tested together.
How much will delivery cost?
Available services and the complete price will be shown before payment once the relevant product and destination are known.
How long will delivery take?
Product-specific dispatch and delivery estimates will be published with each live item. Veylune will not publish a blanket estimate before the fulfilment route has been verified.
What will the returns policy be?
The final returns process, return address and any applicable costs will be available before the first order is accepted. This will not affect customers’ statutory rights.
How will payments be protected?
A payment service has not yet been enabled. The supported payment methods and provider will be identified at checkout before the store opens.
How can I choose the right size?
Each live product page will include verified dimensions and useful capacity information where available.
