If your purchase is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition
- Original packaging, labels, and protective elements should be included
- Returns requested outside 30 days may not be accepted

- Send your parcel using a tracked service
Refund timing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
